Australia, April 12 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on March 12:
1. James is a 54-year-old man who lives in his own home in regional NSW and receives services from a healthcare service provider. He sustained an acquired brain injury in 1983 as a child when he was hit by a motor vehicle while riding a bicycle and a further brain injury from a fall in 2013 as an adult. James required a right arm amputation after an inadvertent intra-arterial injection caused gangrene. He is a participant in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
