Australia, Aug. 2 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on July 1:
1. By application dated 13 December 2024 the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) has referred two complaints to the Tribunal for disciplinary findings and orders under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) (National Law) against Leon Thomas Raikes, the Respondent.
2. Mr Raikes was registered as a nurse on 16 December 2021 following an application for registration made on 21 September 2021 but has never held employment as a registered nurse. On 19 October 2022 Mr Raikes was convicted of a criminal offence committed on 14 November 2021.
