Australia, Feb. 26 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on Jan. 28:
1. COMMISSIONER: The existing Woolworths supermarket in Gladesville is a single storey brick building with a glazed shopfront addressing Pittwater Road, and provision for car parking at the rear.
2. Another supermarket known as Harris Farm, is located to the immediate south of the site the subject of these proceedings, with access to basement parking located on the boundary shared with the site.
3. Surrounding development on Pittwater Road is typical of a small town centre comprising shops such as a pharmacy, restaurants and cafes, a dentist, and the Boronia Park Uniting Church.
