Australia, May 9 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on April 9:
1. PRICE AJA: I agree with the reasons of Hamill J that the appeal should be dismissed. As Hamill J points out, the evidence does not support the applicant's contention that senior counsel had a conflict of interest. The applicant has not demonstrated that there is a significant possibility senior counsel's joint representation adversely affected the sentence imposed upon him.
