Australia, April 27 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on March 27:
1. This is an appeal from a decision of the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Tribunal (Tribunal) published 7 June 2024 (Decision).
2. On that day, the Tribunal made what were described as consent orders requiring the appellant (Builder) to rectify three defects identified in the fibreglass shell of the respondent's (Homeowner's) swimming pool. The rectification works to be completed no later than 1 September 2024.
3. The orders made by the Tribunal are set out in Attachment A.
