1. HIS HONOUR: Currently before me is an application for a closed period redemption in respect of the period from 22 July 2023 to 23 April 2025. The matter was settled at a conciliation conference and the parties have come to some understanding between themselves as to what is to occur from that date, the conciliation conference being held on 24 April 2025. There is no direct evidence before me as to what the accommodation is that the parties have reached.
