1. HER HONOUR: This matter has been on foot since the filing of a summons on 31 July 2024. By a Notice of Motion hearing before Pain J on 15 November 2024, her Honour made orders granting interim relief which preclude the occupation of certain buildings upon the First Respondent's land.
