Australia, April 12 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on March 12:
1. COMMISSIONER: This is a modification application appeal pursuant to
s 4.55(1A) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EPA Act) to DA-105/2021 at 10-12 Best Street Griffith (Lot 2 DP 1189104). The modification application seeks to provide a front fence.
2. The Court arranged a conciliation conference under s 34 of the Land and Environment Court Act 1979 (LEC Act) between the parties on 7 March 2025. I presided over the conciliation conference.
