NEW SOUTH WALES COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT FOR BENJAMIN RICHARD PAGE BHNF SUSAN PAGE V/S GOLD COAST HOSPITAL AND HEALTH SERVICE CASE

1. These reasons deal with an application by the defendant to "cross-vest" medical negligence proceedings from this Court to the Supreme Court of Queensland. The plaintiff opposes that order.
