COMMISSIONER: This is an appeal direct to the Court under s 4.55(8) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (NSW) (EPA Act) for the approval of Modification Application No DA-285/2023/B (the MOD) to modify development consent No DA-285/2023 (approved development) granted by the Court on 29 October 2024.
