1. This is an application by Mr Osman, the Applicant, for review of an order made by the Tribunal on 4 December 2023 cancelling his registration as a pharmacist. Mr Osman seeks a reinstatement order under s 163B(1)(c) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) (National Law). Mr Osman's application was filed on 5 July 2024.
