Belconnen, ACT, Sept. 4 -- ACT Policing issued the following media release:
A 37-year-old Kambah man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today after driving into two police vehicles and injuring two officers in Reid yesterday.
Last month, police responded to a disturbance in Lyneham. Upon arriving, police observed the 37-year-old man entering a vehicle.
Police directed the man to step out, but he then started the vehicle and sped away.
Police later observed the man driving dangerously through North Canberra, including driving on the wrong side of the road and running a red light.
Later the same day police located the vehicle empty and seized the vehicle.
