A 30-year-old man has been charged after allegedly stealing a stranger's vehicle and driving to his former partner's home where he threatened to kill her.
About 4pm on Sunday, 9 February 2025, police allege the man approached another man working at a job site and spoke to him briefly before stealing his vehicle.
Later that afternoon, the man attended his former partner's home and got into a verbal and physical altercation where he threatened to kill her.
Another male occupant attempted to intervene, but police allege the man picked up a motorcycle helmet and used it to strike the other man in the head.
