Earlier: Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 45-year-old man missing from Chandler since Monday, February 10.
The man was last heard from at approximately 12.45pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
Family and police have concerns for the man's welfare as his disappearance is out of character and he has a medical condition.
Police are appealing to the man, or anyone with information surrounding his whereabouts to come forward.
