RANCHI, India, Dec. 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 31:
1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for the State by referring to Memo No. 878 dated 18.09.2025 filed along with the supplementary show cause submits that the rent receipt has been issued subject to the decision of Case No. 62 of 2023 which is pending before the Civil Court, Latehar.
3. Considering the aforesaid document, I am of the opinion that the order dated 21.02.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 5689 of 2023 has been complied with.
4. Accordingly, this contempt case is dropped.
