RANCHI, India, Dec. 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 31:
1. Heard the parties.
2. There was an order to decide the grievance of the petitioner by passing the reasoned order.
3. The reasoned order has been passed which is on record.
4. Thus, this contempt is dropped.
5. If the petitioner is aggrieved of any part of the order, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate authority
