RANCHI, India, Dec. 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 31:
Heard the parties.
BHALCO was directed to pass a reasoned order on the claim of the petitioners and the same has been passed and brought on record.
Thus, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, this Contempt is dropped.
However, if the petitioners have any grievance, they may approach by filing appropriate application before the appropriate authority.
