RANCHI, India, Dec. 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 31:
1. Heard the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected, thus, the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to challenge the said order.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any order including the order of Screening Committee, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same before appropriate authority.
5. This contempt application is dropped.
