BRISBANE, Queensland, Jan. 31 -- Queensland Police Service issued the following media release:
Police are appealing for information to help identify two people involved in a spate of thefts from a hardware store in the Lockyer Valley in the lead up to Christmas last year.
On six separate occasions between December 11 and December 24, 2024, it is alleged a man stole a range of tools, from the Plainland business on the Warrego Highway.
It is alleged on December 11, the man concealed a socket set inside a larger boxed item before proceeding to the checkout and only paying for the boxed item.
During the second incident on December 18, it is alleged the man concealed a soldering set inside his clothing before leaving the store without paying...
