EARLIER: An EMERGENCY ALERT - WATCH AND ACT message has been issued for Enoggera Dam from the BRISBANE CITY COUNCIL at 5.30am March 10.
Council advises PREPARE TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND due to Enoggera Dam increased outflows. Warn others.
