HAILAKANDI, April 24 -- One person died and two were seriously injured in Tapadarpara village of Patherkandi of Karimganj district in south Assam's Barak Valley on Wednesday when they were cleaning a septic tank of a house. The deceased has been identified as Rafij Uddin. The two other injured persons have been identified as Manjur Hussain and Sultan Ahmed. The latter have been admitted to Karimganj civil hospital and their condition is reported to be critical.
