GUWAHATI, Jan. 25 -- The 11th National Voters' Day was celebrated across the State on Monday along with the rest of the country. The day has been celebrated on January 25 every year since 2011 to mark the foundation day of the Election Commission on January 25, 1950. The aim of the celebration is to encourage, facilitate and maximize enrolment, especially for new voters.
