GUWAHATI, Aug. 16 -- Even though actress and global icon Priyanka Chopra is no longer the brand ambassador of Assam Tourism, the State government has bought the media rights of using the content shot with her for another year.
Assam Tourism Development Corporation (ATDC) Chairperson Jayanta Malla Baruah today said that although the contract had expired in 2018, the State has the right of using the content of the ad films or other publicity content, which is being used to promote Assam Tourism.
