Guwahati, Oct. 17 -- It was a winter night. It was extremely cold and biting as if a blade is cutting through the flesh to touch the bones. An employee of the organization, who was entrusted with security duties, was shivering in the biting cold, yet performing his duties. The proprietor of the organization, who resided in the campus of the establishment, was enjoying the warmth of the chimney.
