RANGIYA, April 12 -- Bibhash Deva Nath, a BTech 6th semester student of the Department of Civil Engineering, Assam Engineering College at Jalukbari, Guwahati, and a local youth from Paschim Sitara village here, has been conferred the International Peace Ambassador title from the World Literary Forum for Peace and Human Rights, a registered body under Sustainable Development Goals (UN-DESA, UN-ECOSOC, etc).
Bibhash was also honoured as the youngest multilingual columnist of Asia by the Asia Book of Records for his outstanding contribution as a young writer in different Indian newspapers or magazines in three different languages ' Hindi, English and Assamese.
