Guwahati, Oct. 17 -- According to the new system of fixation of water tariff, all the expenditures of the aforesaid projects including the apparent wastage component will be booked in the arbitrary tariff fixation process and the citizens will have to pay for it. But without the constitution of the regulatory body and public hearing on it, the present action of the Government is unjustified and goes against the interest of the water users.
