Guwahati, June 25 -- The second bout of saffron tsunami has thoroughly shaken the last remaining bastion of regionalism here in Assam. For the second time in a row, the persona and calling of an elderly enigmatic leader, hailing from the far west of India, had swept the voters of the far east of the country off their feet.
