Guwahati, April 5 -- In one of the quirkiest developments in the history of Indian Judiciary, the highest court of the land has been confronted with a question which does not yield an easy answer. It all began with a Right to Information request by an RTI activist for the text of communication between the Supreme Court and the Centre on the appointment of three Supreme Court judges superseding other senior judges.
