Guwahati, April 18 -- Mahatma Gandhi said, 'A man who was completely innocent, offered himself as a sacrifice for the good of others, including his enemies, and became the ransom of the world, it was a perfect act.' By this he meant to say Good Friday in nutshell. This is about Jesus Christ who gave his own life for salvation of humankind. It was termed as the victory of 'good' over 'evil' and since then, the day has been marked as Good Friday.
