Guwahati, April 7 -- The Indian Army today successfully facilitated the safe return of a local youth of Arunachal Pradesh who had reportedly crossed over to the Chinese side in search of herbs on March 19.
It was reported that 21-year-old youth, Togley Singkam, along with two of his friends, had gone to collect herbs in the area. On the same day, Singkam was picked up by Chinese security personnel while his friends managed to escape.
