SILCHAR, Oct. 16 -- Cachar Police arrested a notorious car lifter on Tuesday.
The arrested member has been identified as Biju Miya (25), a resident of Chirukandi area here. A case bearing number 237/19 under Sections 341/365/307/392 and 34 of the IPC has been filed against him. He has been taken into three-day police remand after he was produced before the court.
