Washington, Dec. 19 -- The third president in a 240-year history of the United States to face impeachment by America's supreme legislature, Donald Trump followed Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton to face this life's disgrace when he faces the American electorate in eleven months for reelection.

On Wednesday, 18 December, the U.S. House of Representatives - largely on party lines - adopted two resolutions, abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. The Democratic Party commands a majority in the House. To complete the impeachment process, the resolutions need two thirds (67 votes) of the upper chamber the Senate to remove Mr. Trump from executive office which is most unlikely as his Republican Party commands 53 vote-majority in the chamber....
