New Delhi, Oct. 5 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Sunday highlighted a global shift in sentiment against globalisation, pointing to recent geopolitical conflicts and technological changes that are reshaping the nature of warfare and international relations.

Addressing the 4th Kautilya Economic Conclave in the national capital, Jaishankar highlighted that the world is going through "turbulent times," with evolving dynamics not only in economics but also in the way conflicts are fought and perceived.
