Kolkata, Oct. 27 -- Following the Election Commission of India's (ECI) announcement of the second phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls across 12 States and Union Territories, the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of West Bengal has scheduled a press conference on Tuesday at 6 pm.
