Lucknow, Dec. 21 -- Reacting to the row over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in 9 States and 3 Union Territories, Uttar Pradesh BJP President Pankaj Chaudhary on Sunday said that the Centre never runs away from discussion, but the opposition is never satisfied.
