New Delhi, July 23 -- Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Wednesday criticised the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) bloc over their protest outside Parliament against the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Bihar, terming their actions as "hooliganism."
Speaking to ANI, Singh stated that both hooliganism and anarchy were being openly spread in Bihar and the Parliament, further questioning the opposition on what the issue was with SIR if everything had been put out in the open.
