Washington, Nov. 20 -- Ambassador of India to the USA, Vinay Mohan Kwatra, held an excellent roundtable discussion with the experts at the Heritage Foundation, a "strong supporter of the India-US ties", and shared his thoughts on developments under "key pillars" of India-US strategic partnership.
