New Delhi, July 18 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Nishikant Dubey has spoken about his controversial "Supreme Court is responsible for inciting religious wars in the country" and "parliament, assemblies should be shut" remarks made amid opposition parties' move to approach the top court against the Waqf Act and said influx of around 4,000 people from Malda, Murshidabad, and Kaliachak into his constituency had become a significant challenge, prompting him to speak out.
