Siliguri, April 14 -- The Vishwa Hindu Parishad on Monday condemned the violence in West Bengal and said that the state government has completely failed in safeguarding "Hindus".
According to VHP Organising General Secretary Milind Parande, the state government is for all communities, and it is not unfortunate if "thousands of people have to leave their homes."
"The violence taking place in Bengal is condemnable. The State Government has completely failed in safeguarding Hindus. State Government is for all communities, the entire state. But I feel they are oblivious to this. If thousands of people have to leave their home, there is nothing more unfortunate than this", he told ANI.
