Dhaka, Feb. 6 -- As Bangladesh prepares for its high-stakes general elections on February 12, 2026, the country is grappling with a surge in pre-poll violence, 23 people were injured in the capital city following protests by Inqilab Manch demanding justice for Osman Hadi on Friday.
However, the Interim Government, led by Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus, has officially denied that state security agencies used force.
