Dehradun, Jan. 6 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday participated in a programme organised at the Chief Sevak Sadan, located at the Chief Minister's Camp Office, on the occasion of the 79th Foundation Day of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
