Dehradun, Sept. 21 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on behalf of the people of Uttarakhand for the recent Goods and Services Tax (GST) reforms, which will come into effect from Monday, the first day of the nine-day Navratri festival.

CM Dhami added that this is a revolutionary step taken by PM Modi that will benefit all sections of society.
