Dehradun, Jan. 9 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday paid floral tributes to renowned environmentalist, Chipko Movement pioneer and Padma Vibhushan awardee Sunderlal Bahuguna on his 99th birth anniversary at his official residence in Dehradun.
