Dehradun, Oct. 10 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has declared a public holiday for women employees working in government, non-government offices, and educational institutions in the state on the occasion of Karva Chauth, according to the state's Chief Minister's Office.
