Roorkee, Nov. 21 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, with his wife, attended a programme organised at Jeevan Deep Seva Nyas in Roorkee on November 21. He offered prayers at the temple and wished for the prosperity and well-being of the state's people.
