New Delhi, Feb. 8 -- Union Minister for Civil Aviation (MoCA), Ram Mohan Naidu, on Friday met the Union Agricultural Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan regarding the issue of procurement of red chillies in Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to ANI about the issue, Naida said, "Today, we met Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, specifically for an issue concerning Andhra Pradesh. Procurement of red chillies in the state is not happening adequately..."
He said that the Chief Minister of the state, Chandrababu Naidu, had even written a letter saying that the state government wanted to procure 30% of the red chillies.
