New Delhi, July 8 -- Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science and Technology Dr Jitendra Singh on Monday called for a paradigm shift in the agriculture sector by embracing cutting-edge technology and fostering greater synergy among stakeholders.

He said this while addressing the 96th Annual General Meeting of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) Society at the NASC Complex in the national capital.
