New Delhi, July 30 -- Two days ahead of the impending US tariff deadline of August 1, President Donald Trump has announced the imposition of 25 per cent tariffs on Indian goods, even as there were hopes of an interim India-US trade that would have otherwise helped avoid elevated tariffs.
