New Delhi, May 22 -- The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Thursday released its response to the Department of Telecommunications' (DoT) back-reference in respect of telecom regulator's 'Recommendations on Rating of Buildings or Areas for Digital Connectivity' made in February 2023.
