Panaji, Oct. 12 -- On the second day of the International Purple Fest, three transformative initiatives were launched to strengthen accessibility in listening, reading and writing for persons with disabilities, marking a significant step toward inclusive education and skill development, according to the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment release.
